I led the global CP Industry Business Unit to ensure that SAP products and solutions are fit for purpose for all the consumer product companies. I joined Centrica to lead transformational change in the IS operations function, whilst gaining operational experience in a large scale, 24x7 service delivery environment. Delivery of a £69M programme to implement an up-to-date, UK-wide, common, desktop infrastructure that rationalised multiple, diverse email, desktop and storage platforms.
