Working with communities, partners and stakeholders, helping them to achieve this goal by ensuring that towns and cities are strong and competitive, through the advantages of good design and management, good connections and high levels of accessibility.Taking lead responsibility for a number of renaissance and property developments and other physical infrastructure projects including Yorkshire Forward’s own developments and funding support for projects led by partner organisations including responsibility for technical aspects, financial performance and monitoring and delivery of outputs and outcomes.Project manage Yorkshire Forwards’ investment and involvement in a variety of renaissance, regeneration and business driven projects that involve an investment in property or physical infrastructure.Responsible for the production of Masterplan (SDF’s) For Cleethorpes, Goole, Grimsby (also detailed feasibility schemes for three areas within the Town Centre SDF) and Scunthorpe. Scarborough: undertaking three projects at the Scarborough Spa - refurbishment, Futurist Theatre - redevelopment and Outer Harbour scheme.

Mainly dealing with Urban Design Regeneration projects for a number of key Bluechip Clients: project values of approximately £100m - £150m.Duties included: From taking the initial brief, liaising, discussions and presentations to Client, other consultants within the Design Team, external funding bodies, local authority Planning and Regeneration departments etc.• Responsible for a team of up to 6 Architectural Professionals.• Leading the Project Management team for each project.• Maintain an overview of local, regional and national regeneration frameworks• Managing a major refurbishment of 15no. DWP Benefits Distribution Centres in the North West region each with a completed value of £1,000,000 approximate.

Under contract to Kingston upon Hull City Council Various projects undertaken as a member of an educational projects team. Main projects undertaken both completing design work and producing working and tender drawings was £1,000,000 refurbishment of Kingswood High School, as part of the relaunch of the school under central government initiative. I undertook site supervision under an MTC form of Contract etc., liaising with the client school and client education department.
