I worked as part of the Henderson Academy team to deliver training across the Henderson Group organisation. I was responsible for designing and developing some new programmes for head office managers/team leaders which included coaching support sessions. While working across the company I designed and delivered two new programmes for eternal clients - Train the Trainer and The Manager as Coach.

One of my main roles was to design, deliver and facilitate the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) suite of accredited programmes at Levels 2,3,4,5Projects and Assignments included: • Allstate Insurance – “Lead to Succeed”. A 10 month management development programme for 140 managers across Northern Ireland• Provision of Train the Trainer programme for Stena Line and FGW (Caterpillar NI)• Northern Ireland Audit Office – Design and delivery of a bespoke 2 year programme “Make It Count” focussing on leadership and management competencies• Citi Group & Credit Suisse – Design and delivery of a professional skills programme for their Graduate Leadership Academy• NIE – Design and delivery of ILM Level 5 Management & Leadership Certificate

During this time I was running my own company as a sole trader/self employed consultant and the main focus was on Leadership & Management Development: - Reed Learning & Development (UK). Associate trainer for open courses- Department for Employment and Learning (DEL) Rapid Response Team- Design and delivery of programmes for the Regional Training Unit (RTU) on effective education management processes.- Knowledge & Human Development Authority (Dubai) in designing & training for specialist IT staff in the United Arab Emirates.- Associate facilitator / trainer for Young Enterprise (NI)

This was a contracted post working on a large scale public sector HR Transformation Programme. My role as part of the training team was to prepare, design and create eLearning workshops. These were then taken "on the road" and used in workshop settings around the country.
