I am an experienced corporate solicitor with 25 years experience of dealing with a broad range of corporate finance and general company / commercial law issues including acquisition and disposal transactions, MBOs and MBIs, purchaser and funder diligence, early stage and growth capital investments, joint ventures, group formations and demergers, tax driven restructurings and insolvency transactions.
