From working at board level, specific auditing, CDM projects, fire risk assessments, I manage projects and multiple sites on behalf of clients, continually driving performance and achieving safe workplace, regardless of sector. I manage HSE related issues, implementing management systems and deliver training.

Sole responsibility for providing Health and Safety advice to Senior Management Team and operational management throughout Balfour Beatty’s Living Places contract, which provides services including highways, public rights of way, parks and open spaces, street cleaning and street lighting to Herefordshire Council .Key champion for changing the safety culture throughout the contract. Accountable for the implementation of a number of projects, including safety projects and defined safety audit and inspections schedule. For example, creating new Personal Safety policy, procedure, and campaign including Body Worn Cameras.In addition, accident investigation along with the delivery of training and inductions to personnel.

- Creation and maintenance of a successful Health and Safety Management system.- Implementation of Policy and Procedures, including risk assessments for team/premise and all activities. - Creation and management of system to ensure safe learners in placements across Shropshire. - Managing of all premises included but not limited to a team of 8 Premise Officers, budgetary management, management of plant and equipment and all sub contractors. - Responsible for multiple project management across different areas of the business.
