For example, creating new Personal Safety policy, procedure, and campaign including Body Worn Cameras.In addition, accident investigation along with the delivery of training and inductions to personnel.

- Creation and maintenance of a successful Health and Safety Management system.- Implementation of Policy and Procedures, including risk assessments for team/premise and all activities. - Creation and management of system to ensure safe learners in placements across Shropshire. - Managing of all premises included but not limited to a team of 8 Premise Officers, budgetary management, management of plant and equipment and all sub contractors. - Responsible for multiple project management across different areas of the business.
