This was basically a class that gave us hours to help set up stages and get experience with the sound board for events that required the use of sound technicians. As a part of this class, I have learned about setting up different microphones, neat placement and use of XLRs/instrument cables/other audio cords, stage set-up for bigger concerts (like the TobyMac concert held at Houghton that I assisted in putting together), and general use of the sound board (including EQing, volume adjustment, use of FX, panning, and assigning instruments/voices/mics to specific channels).
