An expert in Technical Governance, Assurance, and Systems Integration with over 20 years of experience in delivery, team management, and more recently as a strategic leader in major infrastructure programmes.Chief Engineer for Costain and Deputy Director of Assurance, Quality, and Compliance for SCS Railways, for over 3 years I have built, led, and overseen the SCS JV’s Quality and Assurance directorate appointing its 4 Heads of Functions whilst providing contractual and strategic direction to a approximately 80 FTEs.Working mainly on programmes governed by NEC contracts, my career choices have purposefully been selected to support a well-rounded professional development. I have taken roles on both the Client and Contractor sides of NEC contracts, as staff and contractor, for a broad range of clients, across several industries. Programme roles included works for: High Speed 2, London Underground, Network Rail, Genus Pharmaceuticals, the Olympic Delivery Authority, Transport for London, Southwest Water, Local Authorities, and the Environment Agency.
