• On-Site IT support, overseeing approximately 345 local PCs, with additional responsibilities of overseeing and maintaining servers, RF devices, printers, and other network attached devices• Image and configure user workstations and network devices / equipment.• Works under little direct supervision and handles any routine to highly technical problems• Maintains documentation for the facility, including inventory, ticket tracking, and meticulous time tracking.• Works closely with facility managers to ensure all technical issues are being resolved.• Site Documentation; i.e.: Asset Inventory, ITRS databases, etc.• Performs assigned tasks for installation and configuration of standard devices as part of our refresh lifecycle management programs for Workstations, Printers, RF, Servers and Network Switches and Access Points as programs are phased in.• Manages disposal of e-waste by coordinating collections and pickup, providing documentation, and maintenance of records• Works with remote users, other offices to ensure seamless service.• Performs assigned project tasks or set of actions for completion of project or process activity or activities within defined timelines

• Reports and works with a regional manager, assigned team lead, and/or site lead LAN Support Specialist. Also works with facility managers or site contactors to set priorities.• Supports approximately 800+ workstations and other standard supported devices (Mansfield Mill), as well as multiple other locations.• Performs assigned tasks for installation and configuration of standard devices as part of our refresh lifecycle management programs for Workstations, Printers, RF, Servers and Network Switches and Access Points as programs are phased in.• Works under little direct supervision and handles any routine to highly technical problem with demonstrated adequate to good communication skills.• 10 - 30% of time traveling to facilities and customers• Provide technical support of client infrastructure and software at a large facility. • Manage day-to-day break/fix of workstations, servers, RF devices, printers and other network attached devices.• Perform assigned project tasks with defined timelines.• Maintain technical documentation for the site.• Test, troubleshoot, and evaluate existing network systems.• Perform network maintenance to ensure networks operate correctly with minimal interruption.• Image and configure user workstations and network devices / equipment.
