I believe in exercising proper and open communication when dealing with any project or quality topic in order to develop healthy working relationships and mutual understanding between teams. My goals include using my expertise to solve problems as they arise and reducing or eliminating the possibility of reoccurrence. I continue to work hard to make sure that our customers, suppliers, and team members get the information that they need to make informed and valuable decisions. Being fair and forthright with upper and local management is a must when dealing with associates to ensure the company is performing as effectively and efficiently as possible. I have been improving my skills in project management and look forward to branching out into a career as a development project leader in the near future. My primary skills include root cause analysis, onsite investigations, interfacing with customers or technical peers, information gathering, and problem solving. I can balance my time and energy equally between office and direct laboratory/development tasks without disruption. I have over 10 years in manufacturing where I have performed many tasks including machine operation, clerical duties, material handling, inventory, safety, first aid, product development, and quality assurance. Having this background allows me to leverage my familiarity with different roles and processes in a way that creates a wholistic approach to addressing issues and recognizing opportunities.
