As a successful and self-motivated social entrepreneur I love to connect hearts, minds and ideas. I am an inspirational, visionary leader that loves the positive impact of words and story-telling. I have developed a strong mentoring, coaching and training ethos and have a passionate commitment to a consensus style of team leadership. This gives me the opportunity to enable people around me, not just to be inspired and motivated, but to reach their full potential and then do the same for others.I travel extensively as an international speaker, coach and mentor, as well as being involved in consultancy and problem solving. Someone once described me as “an innovative consultant who deals in the currency of strategic foresight and ideas consultancy”. A lot of my work involves crossing different cultures, peacemaking and reconciliation. My strong personal faith energises, informs and nurtures my passions and values.
