Senior Technical Analyst
Current•Part of an IT field operations team that maintain 3 MDFs, 104 IDFs, over 15,000 endpoints, and supporting over 8,000 users; Jointly responsible for the implementation, support, and maintenance of facility infrastructure, including IT Data Systems, Security Access and Camera systems, provisioning, and support of client devices, and field operations which support the goals and mission of the business•Regularly met with other IT department representatives, clinical department representatives, contractors, and vendors to address technical solutions for systems, policy, and business requirements•Implemented IT infrastructure, which consists of the following components: oHardware: Network, Servers, EHR Cloud Technologies, and Client Devices (Workstations, Laptops, tablets, desk phones, printers, peripheral, and mobile MDM devices) oSoftware: Support applications and data administration requirements oField Operations: Point of contact between customers and IT for Systems, Desktop, and Applications Support (Incident and Request) o Process management of Change, Incident, Request, Quality, Training, and Continuous Service Improvement•Project management lead for several projects, coordinating with vendors, administrative staff, and other IT departments to add, integrate, or upgrade facility wide systems; including 400 Thin Clients, Windows 10 upgrades of 4000+ computers, Patient Experience systems, facility CATV system, video conference systems•Network device provisioning and troubleshooting, includes basic switch, router, wireless controller, and access point provisioning, using Cisco iOS CLI and Cisco ADiOS •Assisted in managing and troubleshooting facility-based automation systems, including: pneumatic tube systems, medication dispensing systems, equipment tracking systems, HVAC systems, and security systems•Identified and solved an enterprise-wide barcode scanner problem and escalated solution•Continuously instruct junior IT specialists on technical skills
