Over thirty-five years experience in private and public sector information management. Experience includes consultant, technical, managerial and executive positions. Consulting responsibilities include assessment of organizations' compliance with federal government information management, security and privacy legislation, policy and standards; evaluation of information management candidates; and, evaluation and recommendations of information management practices and procedures. Other contract reponsibilities include the development and delivery of information management courses for the federal public service. As a public servant, specific expertise in the development of government-wide policies and standards; the development and evaluation of Treasury Board submissions and the management of projects specific to both open-source and classified information.
