Responsible for taking a project from a conceptual phase to a fully leased building. Assist with design management through coordination of project stakeholders with design consultants. Specialize in pre-construction, scheduling, permitting, contract creation and administration, field management and project close-out. Work closely with project stakeholders including owner, development, retail tenants, property management and facility operations to maximize value and the end-user experience. Assist with design development including MEPF and BIM coordination, floor plan design, specifications, construction details, and amenity spaces. Developed corporate and project specific processes for quality control and accessible design management. Regularly provide trainings and presentations to colleagues including at corporate meetings. Directly manage and mentor younger colleagues and associated project managers. Regularly participate in college and new associate recruiting. Projects include Union Denver and MileHouse at Belleview Station.

Part of the 2201 North Pershing team delivering a 188 unit, $35 million, LEED silver, mixed use project including 30,000 square feet of retail. Responsible for supervision of trade foreman and crews, quality control, submittal and RFI management, overseeing project safety, and storm water management. Directly managed MEPF rough-ins, interior finishes, quality control, city right of way work, and concurrent pool deck renovation at a neighboring property. Created and managed to bi-weekly schedules to maximize productivity.

Part of the 427,129 square foot Dulles Discovery Phase II office building project team. Responsible for Field management of electrical installation and quality control. Managed purchase orders, scheduling, and coordination of submittals and RFIs.

Part of the Springdale at Lucy Corr Project team delivering an assisted living facility comprised of 14 cottages, 56 duplexes, and 52 apartments. Shadowed site superintendent and learned technical, communication, management, and team building skills. Daily responsibilities included specification and submittal reviews as well as field management of subcontractors. Completed field training in safety including HAZCOM, OSHA, and company safety regulations.
