An accomplished LNG Superintendent and Maintenance and Engineering Manager with excellentbackground gained with STS Marine Solutions, China Petroleum Engineering & Construction Corporation, and Shell Exploration & Production.Current role as Customer Solutions Manager and LNG Superintendent, developing solutions, coordinating, and executing marine projects on behalf of major oil and gas corporations. Major project involvement includes the commissioning and operation of Murmansk, Russia LNG Offshore Transfer Complex. Start-up and management of LNG and LPG ship to ship transfers transfer operations in Germany. Management of LNG transfers in Northern Norway, which became the world's first operation of its kind. Implementation of the first open water LNG STS in Myanmar supporting their gas-to-power project and large-scale transfer operations in Jamaica, Labuan, and Subic Bay. Technical support to projects includes the identification of operational-specific transfer systems and equipment, facilitation of procurement, FAT, and commissioning, execution of planned and unplanned maintenance including life extension projects and certification Additional responsibilities in the superintendent role have allowed me to operate as a terminal manager at the Al Sheikh Sabah LNG import Terminal in Aqaba, Jordan. Working closely with LNG team members to ensure the successful execution and completion of STS operations at the terminal and the general management of the terminal maintenance and operation.Previous key role as Offshore Installation Engineer on board the Gannet Alpha platform in the North Sea managing a core team of technical staff plus contracting specialist vendors. The role includes the safe and effective planning, scheduling, and execution of activities, ensuring all HSSE and regulatory body requirements are completed within agreed time scales. Prior substantial experience as a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor. Managing a team of 6 maintenance technicians as well as the various specialist vendors when required. Preceding offshore North Sea roles include Marine and Mechanical Engineering Officer on numerous downstream Shell Trading and Shipping Company-owned and managed LNG, oil, and LPG vessels with class 4 for steam and motor maintenance, before moving to manage the procurement team onshore for Shell Trading and Shipping, utilising my technical skills to aid and develop the team.
