Ian is a commercial mortgage banker with Berkadia that specializes in arranging Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, HUD, and Life Company financing for owners of multifamily apartment communities throughout the United States. Ian started his commercial real estate career as a Berkadia intern in 2014 prior to moving to Marcus & Millichap.
