•Act as liaison between Blackrock and international Investment Accounting Clients to coordinate and achieve global-specific deliverable deadlines for 10K,10Q, Solvency II, and Statutory filings.•Maintain, grow, & conciliate client facing relationships within BlackRock Investment Accounting•Create, Develop, & Implement new accounting technology for client usage while adjusting to complex accounting environment requirements and regulatory changes•Train, support, & mentor junior team members to help facilitate a more robust and knowledgeable accounting staff•Review and sign-off on Quarterly & Annual Statutory Client Reporting - Sch D, DA, E, and DB•Coordinate and contribute department wide projects and initiatives, implementing new technology and accounting policies•Insure joint hand-offs between global BlackRock offices in India, Europe, and US

• Head Account Manager for an international BlackRock Investment Accounting client with ~$20b AUM comprised of 350+ portfolios• Secondary Account Manager for a European based BlackRock Investment Accounting client with ~$35b AUM comprised of 150+ portfolios• Prepare, review, and ensure distribution of various accounting packages and reporting schedules per client deadlines• Provide client with quarterly and annual Statutory Schedule D,E,DB,and BA reporting for NAIC filing• Act as liaison for BlackRock Solution's offshore team located in Mumbai and Gurgaon, India offices; implement new solutions to create a more efficient “follow the sun” workflow• Create, test, and implement new IAG test portfolios for future BlackRock Accounting client pitches• Work with internal and external auditors on various audit requests across the Investment Accounting Group

•Respond to daily requests for information from assigned clients•Prepare, review, and/or ensure distribution of various accounting packages and reporting schedules to clients according to specified timeframes•Ensure data reviews and checks are performed to validate accuracy and completeness of data used in all reporting•Ensure adequate controls, procedures, and processes are in place and are followed during the completion of assigned work•Create monthly and quarterly GAAP,STAT, Fourth, and TAX Basis accounting reports for assigned clients•Recognize and solve various security differences- Swaps, FX Forwards, Options, Equities,etc•Assist in special projects/initiatives as assigned by department manager
