Training Delivery: Delivered training, from small interventions and coaching to large scale seminar facilitation, for a variety of industries for approximately 2,400 participants at over 36 client companies in 11 industries. Performance Support: Planned and designed digital Performance Support and Just in Time training materials, using original videos, interactive PDFs and iBooks.Team and Project Leadership: Recruited, Trained and managed 34 consultants from 6 countries for large and small training interventions.
