After testing out different restaurant concepts, I realized we needed to change in the way we operate in order to scale. Our current restaurant model has too many variables and that can hinder sustainability and scalability potential. Right now, I’m working on a fast casual business model with one goal in mind: convenience. Who says a hearty and healthy family meal can’t be made in under 10 minutes and be delivered within 20 minutes after ordering, we believe it's doable. I’m interested in conversing with like-minded individuals/investors on ways we can grow with our fast and convenient concept; serving and delivering fresh and hearty Asian cuisines efficiently and in the most cost effective manner.
