Responsible for instructing Orbis production staff in the operation, features, and efficient use of Hansoft project management software for scheduling, tasking, and executive-level oversight of projects.

Responsible for Executive Production of projects for monthly RTD teams. Facilitates cohesion and communication between new team members to form them into a productive and collaborative group. Monthly groups range from 9 to 12 personnel and are able to complete small-scale productions in a four week timeline where sprints and milestones overlap.

Responsible for leading projects with small teams with anywhere from 4 to 6 month timelines. Schedules, manages, and tasks resources through Agile and Scrum methodologies in Hansoft and provides critical thinking and problem solving to mitigate team risks and meet critical milestones and deadlines.Responsible as multimedia lead for audio production through developmental asset creation and implementation into projects. Also leads the production, creation, editing, and submission of all videos for all projects.

Shift lead for a team of electrical and environmental systems specialists on both the F-16 and AC-130U Gunship airframes. We troubleshot and diagnosed problems and technical malfunctions in the electrical system to include lighting and power generation in both A/C and D/C circuits. As environmental systems specialists, we dealt with aircraft pressurization, ventilation and cooling, as well as systems utilizing liquid nitrogen and liquid oxygen.Consistently performed routine and preventative maintenance in accordance with technical orders and engineer specifications on multimillion dollar aircraft.Deployed on multiple occassions to contingency operations worldwide in support of freedom, the USAF, and the United States.
