Primary focus in the role is managing the day-to-day contracts of the two vendors on board systems, managing a small team of specialised System Engineers, deploying and managing the TMP program for the systems, work towards projects to improve reliability and performance of systems, developing, managing and reporting on RCA's and system defects, provide guidance to project teams for system upgrades and work collaboratively with the other key resources that ensure the MTPV's are able to complete their critical role, ensuring passengers and freight are safe on the network.
