I currently head the design department at JSM. This includes Redesigning and re-branding. Company catalogue and website. Advertisements in magazines/web and marketing strategies for the growth of the business.

My roles were data input, organising and updating the companies computer systems and data. The information would stored and updated as and when new students would come to the country looking to learn a new language.

Bar tender. Duties included money handling, changing barrels, general upkeep of bar and working as a team to deliver high levels of customer service.

Assisting with the creation of website design, poster campaigns, leaflets. We would mainly use Adobe Photoshop to complete the briefs and would meet with clients to discuss possible changes and present what we had achieved.

A customer service role involving restocking shelves, use of tills/cash handling and movement of stock around the zoo. I was involved on two sites around the zoo, these would have to be maintained and the stock and cash accounted for.

bar tender and waiter serving the general public and large business conferences. Solely responsible for bar including serving customers, stock taking and cash handling. Dealing with large amounts of people at conferences gave me the excellent customer service skills which I have use to full extent in recent jobs.
