Managed a number of accounts for leading property companies ensuring their business needs were met and that they got the most from the MapInfo systems they used. Gained a good understanding of important issues in the property sector and educated clients about new products and services in order to grow MapInfo’s business. Launched and marketed three new offerings from MapInfo’s Location Reporting Service to the retail and property industry. In the last year, the role was focussed more on providing demonstrations, training and consultancy around the AnySite site analysis & segmentation product.

Managed a team of 4 people who support MapInfo customers, partners and remote offices UK and Europe. Implemented systems and standards to improve the efficiency of the team. Involved in promoting and managing the support products as well as hiring and appraising staff. As well as performing a managerial role, I also had a hands-on approach, assisting the team where necessary. Key player in evaluating and launching a successful CRM system across the organisation.
