I wrote the 2021-2025 business plan and built a suite of policies to enhance the long term health of the organisation whilst sustaining relationships with venues, festivals and organisations as well as seeking unusual contexts like nightclubs, museum and music venues partnerships to present Neon Dance.

I built and maintained strategic relationships with a number of the UK Science Festivals, venues, collaborators and educational institutions as well as seeking alternative contexts and partnerships to present Sadhana Dance. In Spring 2020 we were about to embark on a rural tour after securing remounting and performance funds for a work premiered in 2013.

Throughout my three years, we had year on year record breaking number of entries, consistently sold out the subscription tickets and generating an income of £70,000.I was responsible for developing an anti clash schedule to ensure that the 600 festival goers (streamed into four bands) moved cleanly around the festival and everyone watched all 15 productions and attended 12 of 100 workshops on offer.
