I lead Finalta in SE Asia, a McKinsey & Co solution that provides financial services benchmarking to over 250 leading banks and insurers globally. With 15 years experience working with banks globally, I have developed strong skills in strategy, analytics, and management consulting, and have successfully launched and managed new benchmarking products and services across APAC.My mission is to help clients achieve superior performance by running performance diagnostics, delivering strategic insights and identifying best practices on topics such as banking distribution channels, sales productivity, affluent banking, digital sales and service, business and corporate banking, or customer journeys. I manage client relationships, grow Finalta's team and expand our business in the region. I am an expert in retail banking with a deep knowledge of European and APAC markets, and passionate about driving our team’s growth and innovation across SE Asia. I am recognized for delivering high client impact through precise and thorough problem solving; building trust-based relationships with board-level clients; and being able to credibly and compellingly communicate the value I can bring to clients to generate buy-in.
