Ian was then appointed to the role of QLDField Trainer in June 2003.In May 2004 Ian was appointed to role of Gold Coast - A.S.M.Ian built a highly successful team with many records still standing today. The one record thatstands out the most was having every consultant in his team qualify for the 2006 HawaiianMasters, 6 in total!!Ian then was appointed to the position of QLD - R.S.M in December 2007.
