-Successful delivery of a national multi-phase SAP software enhancement programme to ~2000 users, developed change strategies and provided the vision and direction to the business. -Responsible for the development and delivery of benefit realisation strategy. Successfully achieved increased operational streamlining, financial savings, and enhancement of IT infrastructure
