Now I return to managing infrastructure teams, a world of great challenges fortunately populated with great people.Highs have been seeing people genuinely excited when realising benefits from projects. Lows would include being forced out of data centres by raising water - twice!.My career has given me great perspective, helping me choose the battles to fight and those to leave for another time.
