For two years, I was the student office coordinator for the First Street Towers residence hall at Purdue University with approximately 500 residents, leading a staff of 10-15 workers. I continually coordinate with the office clerk to create weekly and holiday schedules, and with other hall coordinators to keep constant coverage at all residence halls. I also assist with training of student office staff as needed, enforce disciplinary policies as problems arise, and act as a professional mentor to the members of the office team throughout the year.

For two years, I worked as an undergraduate researcher testing various printing parameters on a 3D printer to minimize irregularities in a final presentable product. The goal of 3D printing is to demonstrate the ability of lab synthesized PLA to be thermally manipulated without significant degradation, and ability to maintain structure. The overall research group is investigating new polymers that are able to be chemically recycled.
