Duties: Managed AT&T U-Verse, Starz, Sophos, and Caterpillar accounts. Prepared weekly metrics reports and conducted weekly meetings with management and customers. Performed quality assurance, trained new hires, assisted my supervisor as needed. Kept meeting notes and metrics reports up-to-date, escalated issues to the AT&T management team.

Duties: Performed quality assurance for the American Express project "The Member's Project" (www.membersproject.com), editing entries as needed (fixing grammar, typographical errors, etc) and categorizing all entries before they went "live."

Duties: Ensured the safety of up to 8,000 children in an online gaming environment aimed towards kids ages 8-13. Watched for predators and alerted the appropriate authorities if any appeared. Worked with other members of the community team in creating events in which the children could participate. Wrote the newsletter that appeared on the front page and was seen by 100,000+ children each week. Manipulated graphics for use on the front page, helped design a proprietary administration tool to streamline user management for our moderation team.

Worked within the kids game 'Disney's Virtual Magic Kingdom' -- reviewing reports submitted by users, and, if necessary, escalating to the appropriate authorities. I also wrote the newsletter that appeared on the front page and was seen by hundreds of thousands of people a month.

I had quite a few, because I worked in a number of different areas. RAINMAN (Remote Automated INformation MANager) publishing, which basically published the proprietary content that one would see on AOL, message board management, chat room moderation, file library management, and a number of others.

Duties: Maintained a safe environment for our kid-oriented events, mentored new employees and volunteers, designed and oversaw the recruitment process for new team members, maintained a high level of quality assurance for the entire area, created new content through the use of AOL's proprietary RAINMAN system (their programming tool), maintained a LISTSERV of 11 newsletters reaching roughly 50,000 subscribers per week, documented subscriber counts using Microsoft Excel and prepared weekly reports to management. Often wrote book reviews that were then published on the site.
