My name is Ian Chatham, I am a Bank employee with a little over two years of experience. I hold an Associates Degree in Accounting, and am currently pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Finance. My ability to think critically and learn quickly has enabled me to find joy in the fast paced banking environment. My journey into leadership and training started early at Del Taco when I was 16, where I learned the importance and value of helping train a team. I believe in the power of resilience and having an open mind. I will never give up and I will never back down. I seek out every opportunity to grow. Especially the opportunities that aren't in my favor. I am not afraid of making mistakes, understanding that each one is a stepping stone to something greater. I want nothing more than to contribute meaningfully to my community through my role in the banking industry. I am at the start of my professional journey, but I am eager to advance and make an impact. The integrity and perseverance that are embedded in my character is what will guide me in my career.
