Ian Coghill focuses his practice on securities litigation, class action defense, and complex civil litigation. He represents a variety of publicly traded companies with an emphasis on technology companies and financial institutions.Mr. Coghill has experience in all phases of civil litigation. He has argued before the Massachusetts Appeals Court, taken depositions, prepared expert witnesses, interviewed company personnel in internal investigations, drafted successful dispositive motions, and coordinated electronic discovery.Mr. Coghill also maintains a robust pro bono practice.
