Providing First and Second Line IT Support to BT Business Customers and BT Telecomms products and services Resellers, on a Helpdesk mainly in respect of Broadband, VoIP, Mobile Comms, Landline, SDN, Cloud, etc. Resolving general issues and problems with a focus on delivering the best possible customer service levels. Supporting Field Engineers with systems technical issues, supporting the Sales teams with any IT related issues and queries, and some involvement in resolving escalated customer problems. 12 month fixed term contract.
