Aseptic Manufacturing Process Technician working within a biopharmaceutical environment under strict cGMP and GDP guidelines. Reporting each day to the FLM with daily objectives and goals set out to be completed in a timely and safe manner under current SOP’s.

Embecta, formally known as BD, is now a new stand alone company as the result of a spin off from June 1st 2022.Currently working in the same role as a Process Quality Setter in a high speed manufacturing facility for one of the worlds leading stand alone diabetes care companies. My role includes being a qualified trainer on Six high speed lines in my department for new employees and On The Job training as SOP’s are updated regularly. HMI, Domino and Vision System software worked with on a daily basis to manufacture and pack diabetic pen needles, Flexnet and Sap experience. Work Orders and BOM’s are followed carefully and efficiently with the responsibility of issuing material and product to carry out daily targets. Daily health and safety walks to ensure the safety of myself and my colleagues, including being involved in continuous improvement teams and annual projects. cGMP and GDP training with lean manufacturing qualifications. Direct contact with technicians and front line managers with excellent communication skills whilst working in a high speed environment , reaching daily, weekly and monthly goals set out in a safe and timely manner.
