I was hired originally to write the Use Cases for a new release of an authentication/authorisation system (CRP), and went on to do the technical design for the next 4 releases, grew the development team from man+dog to ~12, outsourced the devlopment, and ended-up as the "Element Owner" responsible for the in-service system as well as new developments. Stopped once VF found out that I was still a contractor!

Created and taught my own UML business analysis & OO design course to several UK companies, as a 5-day interactive workshop.Have since modified the course for delivery at Vodafone.
