•Management of growing Property Fund Administration team.•Responsible for final sign off of valuations & payments, ‘A’ signatory•In charge of the outsourcing project moving the Property Fund Administration Team (assets of £1.5bn) to satellite office in Cape Town•Board & client meeting attendance•Ensure compliance with all group & GFSC regulations & guidelines, AML & regulatory & procedures•Ensure operational procedures are accurate & up to date

•Assist with the supervision of the mutual fund/UT valuations section•NAV reporting in a timely manner in accordance with procedures & deadlines•Accurate maintenance of accounting records for assigned complex UT’s•Liaise with investment managers, treasury dealers, auditors & other principles•Ensure compliance with the Protection of Investors (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law 1987
