As the personnel manager of Rice Bikes, my main roll is the management of the payroll and scheduling for our 24 mechanics. My other rolls include hiring of new employees as well as facilitating and directing their training.

Despite this being our pilot summer operation, we maintained 54% revenue growth with our current revenue estimated at $50,000 annually.

As an undergraduate lab technician, I have designed and fabricated a 3 DOF actuated robot to interact with small mammals for the purpose of exploring the benefits of combined stem cell transplantation and robotic rehabilitation after spinal cord injury. While working in the lab, I have learned and become skilled in engineering processes such as concept proofing, machining, and prototyping.
