Managing IT operations: I'm responsible for the IT infrastructure, including Windows Server, SQL Server, Terminal Services, firewall, security gateways, VPN, network, phone system, Azure and Veeam backup; and Windows laptops and desktops running Microsoft 365, Filemaker, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. Online I look after security and configuration of our Microsoft 365 platform, including Dynamics 365 for CRM. My role also includes business continuity planning and disaster recovery.I also look after developing and maintaining Power Platform apps, so am very familiar with Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, and the integrations. This includes an Azure B2C identity platform used for user authentication and security on various of our websites. Managing websites: I ran the Scripture Union website and email marketing operations for 7 years, and have experience in web design, SQL, .Net, Email marketing, Email list management, CRM, graphic design, CMS, Internet protocols and languages (XML, CSS, HTML, etc).Health and Safety: I'm responsible for Scripture Union's health and safety; looking after policy, training, monitoring and overseeing our main offices and H&S issues for our staff, volunteers and residential and non-residential events.Team leading: I've been in various small team leadership roles for most of my career, including line management, career advice, technical teams, support, ministry teams, etc.Church leadership: As a former Church of England minister I've worked in two parishes on a full-time basis.
