Development of the Sulzer Service Centre Australia and assembly of a full team of personnel to support me in my role developing the Sulzer after sales business. I designed the Service Centre to support market needs and managed it from construction through to operation. Throughout my time as senior manager I still ensured I was involved in hands on.
Sulzer closed down its Service operations in Australia, my mandate was to restructure and re-develop the business from the ground up. Based out of Perth Western Australia traveling throughout the country servicing existing and creating new client base, spearheading large contracts and providing full Engineering support servicing, repair, installation.
Full time dedicated to British Gas Armada Platform, started from installation and commissioning then followed platform out to location in North Sea as member of small team of multi-skilled core crew personnel. My mandate was to ensure reliability and availability of Pumps and Compressors on board, to teach BG personnel maintenance and operation of rotating.
