I hold a CIPD Level 7 qualification, was called to the Bar, and have a degree in Law.In my role, I lead and support the recruitment and retention of staff, leveraging data-driven and creative attraction strategies. I also focus on developing robust learning and development opportunities for staff, ensuring ongoing professional growth. This includes creating programs that empower staff to refine their skills, enhance their practice, and stay updated with best practices.Additionally, I oversee the implementation of a comprehensive staff benefits and reward framework, designed to support staff wellbeing and recognise their contributions. By continuously reviewing and improving these offerings, I ensure that our schools remain attractive and supportive workplaces, fostering an environment where both staff and students can thrive.Building relationships with key stakeholders and advocating for the best interests of both the schools and students is central to my work.
