Visualization Developer
CurrentMy role is to research and develop real time visualizations, dynamic e-learning modules and network communication software for all type of platforms, from high-performance computing environments to mobile hand held devices. I focus on web based applications and will be responsible for developing computer code, computer algorithms, and novel applications. I also have responsibility for maintaining the computer and network hardware for all VDI personnel. The job requires an expertise in 2D programming for web based applications with a willingness to expand expertise into 3D programming for real time applications. When a project is in the my area of expertise, I assume the role of project leader. This includes assigning tasks to other team members, providing advice and guidance to co-op students and contractors hired for a project.
