Business Development
Responsible for business development at Breck Scaffold Solutions, which included creating proposals for existing and new clients outlining how to work together efficiently and expand our scope of work, and also included responding to Request for Quotes (RFQ’s) and Request for Proposals (RFP’s); staying in constant communication with our clients to ensure that our quotes and proposals met their requirements. I supervised yard employees and coordinated with Breck site supervisors for delivery of material to all of our sites in Saskatoon, and our many sites outside of the city. I tracked both incoming and outgoing material from the main yard, and provided support for our site supervisors at both Saskatchewan and Ontario Divisions.
Quality Control & Scaffolding Coordinator
I was part of the senior management team and cross-shift with the Project Manager for Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan's, Rocanville West Expansion. I was in charge of coordinating project requests from our clients as well as monitoring the finances of a $1 million per month contract, as well as tracking of all scaffolds and barricades erected for the project, and the material on site. Along with the senior management team, I supervised up to 80 employees and coordinated jobs with Breck clients and the various trades under our client’s banner, as well as many subcontractors. In addition, I coordinated manpower scheduling with our clients, and with the camp facility.
