Subcontracted with Kickin’ Back Rentals in the Okanagan Valley in British Columbia to rent out my own boat and deliver and pickup other boats to tourists between Kelowna and Vernon. Communicated with customers for drop off and pick up times, rental and fuel costs. Drove boats for tourists on the lakes for family reunions and parties

In my role as Business Development Manager, I am growing Pinchin’s presence in Saskatchewan markets and expanding current markets for all disciplines. I work closely with brokers, lenders, the insurance industry, facility managers, and school boards in Saskatchewan, and continue to build a strong industry brand for Pinchin by being aware of changes in the industry. I maintain Pinchin’s profile in the local industry by attending networking events and I participate in intra-provincial initiatives, developing and assisting in regional marketing initiatives; ensuring that our presence is felt and our message is well distributed.I participate in the preparation of pre-qualifications, RFP's and RFQ submissions; assist Project Managers and Practice Leaders in meeting with clients and presenting Pinchin capabilities; identify and execute strategies to build client interest through partnering with appropriate organizations; and, provide regional contribution to the client and prospect database.By developing an in-depth understanding of my clients’ specific needs, and by exploring new opportunities to improve the client experience and make them aware of our full suite of expert consulting services, I am able to develop and maintain positive business relationships with new and existing clients; following up with clients to ensure that their needs have been met, and expanding project assignments where appropriate. Responsible for business development at Breck Scaffold Solutions, which included creating proposals for existing and new clients outlining how to work together efficiently and expand our scope of work, and also included responding to Request for Quotes (RFQ’s) and Request for Proposals (RFP’s); staying in constant communication with our clients to ensure that our quotes and proposals met their requirements. I supervised yard employees and coordinated with Breck site supervisors for delivery of material to all of our sites in Saskatoon, and our many sites outside of the city. I tracked both incoming and outgoing material from the main yard, and provided support for our site supervisors at both Saskatchewan and Ontario Divisions.

I was part of the senior management team and cross-shift with the Project Manager for Potash Corporation of Saskatchewan's, Rocanville West Expansion. I was in charge of coordinating project requests from our clients as well as monitoring the finances of a $1 million per month contract, as well as tracking of all scaffolds and barricades erected for the project, and the material on site. Along with the senior management team, I supervised up to 80 employees and coordinated jobs with Breck clients and the various trades under our client’s banner, as well as many subcontractors. In addition, I coordinated manpower scheduling with our clients, and with the camp facility.
