• Perform RF optimization for 3G (OSS KPI for SSO and Cluster) including clearing all punch list from customer for single site and cluster acceptance.• Perform optimization and analysis on sites with failed 3G KPI’s such as accessibility, retainability, mobility and throughput.• Perform daily worst cell analysis for 3G network.• Analyze and resolve interference issues through cell optimization.• Troubleshoot cells or sites with poor performances endorsed by the customer.• Create document request for parameter change and tuning with low to high risk in the network.• Collecting cell data report from U2020 via LMT for GTAC RFC or SR review.• Provide baseline parameter audit for 2G/3G/4G using SMART RNO tool.

• Perform RF optimization for WCDMA and LTE TDD/FDD.• Use various tools to perform, analyze, troubleshoot, identify, and provide solutions or suggestions on RF optimization from OMC performance statistics, drive test, signaling trace, complaints handling, for LTE/TDD/FDD and WCDMA.• Perform new features, trial activation, and performance monitoring.• Responsible for ensuring good network performance for customers and achieve acceptance KPI, monitor and expedite for acceptance progress.• Provide baseline parameter audit for 2G/3G/4G using Huawei Smart Radio Network Optimization tool.• Perform drive test analysis using Nemo Analyzer for 2G/3G and LTE technologies.• Coordinate with drive test engineers for actual analysis and optimization.• Check and monitor on U2000 and PRS the cell data and change parameters for further optimization.• Simulate prediction plots using Huawei UNET for new sites. • Prepare drive test reports with analysis and recommendations.• Process log files using NEMO, Actix and other optimization tools.
