Delivering Schroders relocation from numerous sites across London into a new single HQ. The 5-year project involved the development of a 30,000m2 from Agreement for Lease through to occupation. Project cost circa £130m. The project team included; Deloitte Real Estate, TP Bennett, Aecom, Cordless, QCIC, Townshend and GIA Equation working with Overbury as the contractor.

Advising the Bloomberg Senior Management and Executive Management teams over a 10-year period, leading the strategic planning and decision-making, land acquisition, planning consents, architect selection, design and delivery of the relocation of the Bloomberg London Headquarters to a new 100,000m2 award winning Lord Foster design in 2017. Project cost circa £1.5bn.

Assisting Hudson Advisors on a project to fit-out and relocate its UK business to its new London Head Quarters at 17 Dominion Street.

Strategic planning services, assisting in setting up a long-term property options study and selection process for choosing their preferred real estate agency advisor.

Leading and driving the review of Barclays’ London property portfolio to ensure sufficient capacity for the next 10-15 years. Evaluating opportunities that existed to relocate and consolidate the existing investment banking and investment management businesses within Canary Wharf.

Leading due diligence activities and providing transaction management, procurement and delivery services for the new 60,000 sqft London HQ at 5 Aldermanbury Square, successfully relocating their staff from multiple satellite offices.

Responsible for setting long term property strategy for the London and European office network as well as leading transactions and the delivery of projects. Managing the property related financial commitments and liabilities for the EMEA real estate portfolio; managing lease administration and compliance functions.
