Inspiration and Follow ThroughI went into architecture because I grew up in a neighborhood where there was always a project being built. I loved climbing around in the houses after school. My dad and I would visit the houses on weekends to walk through them and understand the layouts.Today what I love about my job is helping you take an abstract idea like "I need more space" or "I hate my bathroom" and bringing it through to a finished project that truly has a positive impact on your life.As a registered architect, my passion is creating designs for you that will reflect your sense of style and that will comfort you. When you become my client, I will ask you a lot of questions to understand more of how you like to live and work. This thorough exploration enables me to come up with your creative plan that is more perfect for you and may exceed what you thought was possible. The design you and I will work up is inspired by over a decade of work experience on projects such as small kitchen and bathroom renovations as well as multi-million dollar hotels. I truly enjoy the entire process of renovation and building. I stay on top of new technologies and products that can improve your final project. I will explain all of your design choices and clearly lay out any technical aspects you may need to know to make an informed decision.I will be your architectural advocate. I will be your agent to the contractor.I will be with you from beginning to end.CertificationRegistered Architect in Pennsylvania and New Jersey; certification with the National Council of Architectural Review Boards (NCARB)LEED-Accredited Professional with a specialty in Building Design and ConstructionWork ExperienceBefore founding Toner Architects in 2010, I worked as Project Architect for the internationally recognized Bohlin Cywinski Jackson.I am an Adjunct Faculty member at Philadelphia University and have been a guest critic at other Philadelphia architecture schools.Specialties: LEED AP, BD & C, Pennsylvania Registration, New Jersey Registration, NCARB
