As President, I am currently building and growing our relationships with past and future clients, managing all open engagements and providing assistance wherever it is needed, and actively pursuing new and innovative opportunities to increase the value LCG can offer our team.Furthermore, I am continually striving to cultivate and improve the firm's abilities to achieve our three primary goals: foster interest in the consulting industry, develop our team members' professional and business minds, prepare our team for post-graduate opportunities.

I have participated in two engagements thus far, one as a Consultant and one as an Engagement Manager; I have received recommendation letters from each client.As a member of LCG, I have engaged with local, statewide and national organizations to provide consultation for solving their operational or strategic problems. I have gained valuable real-world consulting experience while working in teams with other highly-motivated, highly-capable student consultants. I have received various forms of both indirect and direct business training over the course of my LCG career to help my team, and I complete engagements (e.g., an introduction to data analytics in Excel). All of the projects that I have worked on led to tangible improvements in the client's operations.

I was responsible for facilitating the sales of our Cutlery products out of our Newtown Square office. By the end of my time at Vector, I had achieved over $10,000 in sales and a $365 average order ($277 divisional avg), obtained several promotions for impressive and consistent sales numbers, and was invited to the exclusive Vector Marketing "President's Club".My experience with Vector has given me high-quality direct B2C sales experience. It has significantly developed my interpersonal, time management and self-motivational skills. I have greatly improved my ability to build and grow relationships via the construction of a robust, expansive client base through personal recommendations from previous clients. In addition, Vector has offered me individualized expert training through several conferences and individual consultations with management, corporate staff and a number of Vector's sales virtuosos. As I began to take on more of a leadership role in the office, I shared experience and training with recruits to improve their skills, help them grow as a salesperson, and improve the overall performance of the team.
