Forging strong relationships built on trust is truly the only universal currency. I have built my own career around being that person - the one that my clients, friends, and colleagues can trust for honest advice, fair terms, discretion, and collaboration. My genuine curiosity about people and culture, combined with my willingness to listen, continues to open doors for my clients, colleagues, and friends. This reaffirms my belief that strong relationships are central to our success as individuals, organizations, and societies. Today, after 25 years working in the United States and Africa for numerous organizations, and now leading an Africa-focused practice, I am even more dedicated to developing and fostering relationships with integrity and mutual benefit at their core. At ISI Consultants, we are very selective about choosing the clients we partner with because our intent is to connect those clients with the professional networks that we’ve built and maintained over decades - and that sort of close partnership and collaboration is central to our shared success. As companies expand their business in Africa and the Middle East, they often lack the experience and resources to be successful in the long term. I have focused my career on leveraging my experience and connections to help clients develop sustainable, innovative, focused business development strategies that are also aligned with the needs of each market. At ISI, solid relationships - with our partners and clients - that will pay dividends over time are much more important to us than a quick deal. We are interested in taking on clients who are looking for a true partner on their journey to opportunities in African and Middle Eastern countries. We bring an integrated, all-hands-on-deck approach to supporting our clients, and our clients invest in us with follow-through, allocating resources for the long term, and looking to us for focus and direction. For over two decades, I have worked in dozens of countries, immersing myself in the cultures across Africa and studying the communities and the different ways people connect. I believe in the African marketplace, see the opportunities there, and at ISI, we are looking for clients that are ready to transform their international business footprint for sustained business growth.
