My aviation passion began when I was a kid playing a fighter jet game. Throughout high school, I started to research what it is like to be in this industry as I discovered leadership, teamwork, and communication skills are crucial skillset. I worked hard to become a captain and mentor on various teams to develop my leadership, communication, crew resource management, and teamwork. I started to understand more about the industry at the University of South Australia, with 20 hours of flight experience, the learning experience of the multi-crew environment in a 737 simulator, and lessons to expand my knowledge about the industry. With COVID-19 the obstacle in the industry, I studied for the Master of Aviation Management at UNSW to hopefully learn more about the industry and strengthen my knowledge in aviation management.After all the studies, I have set focus and developed a passion for Aviation Safety and to promote the importance of safety.
