In my role as Director of Marketing at ThoughtFarmer, I led initiatives that drove results. I crafted detailed Personas and Ideal Customer Profiles, revamped our website for better conversion, and engineered data-driven messaging. Mapping the customer journey, fostering industry relationships, and modernizing our MarTech stack were all part of the journey. Initiatives like the "Measurable Lead Model" and collaborative Account-Based Marketing strategies resulted in tangible growth, including a significant boost in organic leads and lead sources, as well as a an associated increase in sales. I also tripled the size of our marketing team, a testament to our efforts and accomplishments.

As Director of Demand Generation at ThoughtFarmer, my focus was on driving interest and conversions. This meant optimizing our website for maximum impact, running paid campaigns on Google and various software review platforms, and using data insights to target high-value leads effectively. I also implemented AI solutions to enhance our conversion rates and streamline operations. Throughout my tenure, I mapped out the customer journey, centralized our content, and managed our tech stack to optimize our marketing and sales efforts.
