Founding member of Panel providing consumer feedback on innovative technologies and processes for improving aging. As a caregiver and technology instructor to older adults I engage, along with other panel members, with innovators through the life cycle of their solutions i.e. during conception, ideation, testing and implementation. Engaged and facilitated groups of 10-15 people living with dementia, and their caregivers, in 8 weekly sessions of appropriate physical and brain stimulating exercises: these were delivered as part of the pilot "Minds in Motion" Program. Provided feedback to Project Coordinator to (a) maximise participant engagement, and (b) evaluate effectiveness of exercises to stimulate and maintain participants capabilities. Program received very favourable reviews and has been further funded at other Ontario locations.

Member of multi-site team implementing a Laboratory Information Management System. - Led team to set up effective service desk response to 200 new system users.- Led provision of training system and user account management services.

Leads teams in defining and implementing IT solutions to support and improve company business processes. Enables users to define and select software, and works with vendors and IT infrastructure specialists to validate and deploy resulting systems.- Led multi-site team to select Quality Assurance tracking system and justify deployment.- Led system implementation in North America and France - Managed negotiation with start-up vendor for system implementation and support deliverables.

Organized and trained users to specify, configure and use software for a range of service and manufacturing enterprises.- For COSTI (largest Canadian immigrant service Agency) (3 year contract) Managed deployment of service tracking system for Agency providing 6 different programs from 15 centres. http://www.costi.org/ - Implemented several integrated accounting systems as approved Ontario Skills Training project manager (Contracts for 4 years)• Identified critical reporting requirements and configured software settings to deliver.• Planned and delivered progressive on job training for inexperienced PC operators to successfully use.
