Jr Analyst - Strategic Planning
CurrentReporting to Head of Strategic Planning•Plan & Implement actions and campaigns focused on retaining and maximizing LTV of existing customers;•Prepare strategic briefings for the areas that include all the information necessary to execute the campaigns;•Set clear and measurable objectives for each retention campaign;•Approve the proposals and strategies presented by the areas, ensuring that they are aligned with the briefing;•Monitor the implementation of campaigns to ensure they follow the strategic plan;•Monitor, analyze and present the results of actions and campaigns across all channels, generating learning and improvement reports;•Monitor CX and Product KPIs to propose a journey improvement plan;•Analyze business data and conduct customer surveys to create an action plan for customer retention;•Analyze the market and competition to identify platform experience opportunities.
